What to expect at your first visit

The first visit generally includes a review of symptoms, medical history, medications, prior records, and an appropriate neurological examination. Depending on the findings, the next step may involve treatment, additional testing, or follow-up.

What to bring

  • Photo identification and insurance card
  • Medication and supplement list with dosages
  • Prior imaging reports and image files, when available
  • Relevant laboratory and specialist records
  • A brief timeline of symptoms
  • Questions you would like addressed
